Digital Marketing Manager – Global US Food MNC

Our client is an iconic and reputable organisation within the US food / FMCG industry. They are a brand well loved by many in the world and they are investing heavily in digital marketing / e - commerce initiatives.

Job description

  • Reporting directly to the Marketing Lead, based in Singapore
  • As a single contributor - you will lead the online presence of a digital platform and E-commerce strategies for the group in Singapore, for the Singapore market

  • Strategize, analyse, and execute digital marketing (50%) including but not limited to performance media buy,social media marketing, conversion rate optimization, and search engine optimization to drive ecommerce performance (50%) (desktop, mobile, and apps)
  • Monitor and evaluate digital and ecommerce performance including promotions, upper funnel (e.g. reach, impressions, cpm), and lower funnel (e.g. conversion rate, ROI, ROAS) for actionable insights and decision making that contribute to business and platform development
  • Oversee social media strategy for both content and community management with agency and relevant stakeholders to build strong brand presence and affinity
  • Improve and utilize established standard operating processes and procedures (SOPs) for activating ecommerce marketing promotions and programs
  • Build digital and ecommerce short and long term roadmaps in accordance to business’ key milestones to achieve company mission and vision
  • Manage and build relationship with stakeholders within the business and with external partners - including media owners and agencies to ensure constant alignment and support to work towards business success
  • Prepare and present reports across key digital marketing and ecommerce indicators
  • Drive effective sales programs to improve ecommerce revenue and profitability to ensure platform continues to perform according to business goals and targets
  • Manage campaign deliverables including promotion plans, communication strategy, paid marketing strategy, marketing collateral, and digital assets development across digital marketing channels
  • Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to provide best in class UI/UX that meets market and consumer needs
  • Update on competitor activities and monitor industry development to stay abreast to latest updates and technological advancement
  • Explore new opportunities to advance company’s digital marketing and ecommerce capabilities that will further improve revenue and future-proof the business against potential external threats and challenges

skills & experiences required

  • Degree holder in marketing or business disciplines
  • 5-8 years of experience in a digital marketing & e-commerce experience, preferably in E-commerce providers / ex marketing agency background.
  • Proven track record in spear heading and leading digital marketing initiatives
