job description

roles & responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Stakeholders to identify short- and long-range challenges to be addressed and to come up with solutions to drive objectives and goals.
  • Responsible for developing, and maintaining both the corporate website and social media strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads and facilitate frontline sales efforts and objectives
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of paid, owned and social media initiatives that drives programme brand awareness, member acquisition, customer engagement and retention.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for website, Google, Instagram, Facebook and overall new digital marketing trends and competition to stay ahead of the curve in the industry
  • Develop differentiated content to create a dynamic, engaging, and authentic brand experience within the channels
  • Develop seamless user experiences across all digital channels that inspire and instil confidence in external partners and clients
  • Optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of proven Digital Marketing/ Growth hacking experience including budget planning and management
  • Possesses a creative and critical thinking with exemplary attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate experience in managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, marketing database and display advertising and other platform campaigns
  • Experience in managing user funnels and A/B testing correctly
  • Good knowledge on Google analytics and other marketing analytics tools
  • Experience with WordPress and understand CRM. Shopify will be an added advantage
