Reporting to the Marketing Director - Asia based in Singapore, you will be responsible to act as the brand guardian and drive the strategy & direction of the group and lead a team of digital marketing executives.

You will lead the firm’s Digital Marketing strategy across SEA- content targeting and optimization of experiences delivered across channels, varying from brand site, social channels to experiences. Combining the customer journey of touch points from discovery through purchase/advocacy, i.e through targeted ads, content, and offline activations is paramount, the outcome - ensuring a 360 degree customer experience

A highly collaborative role - working with internal business stakeholders (Marketing, Comms & Trade Marketing & E-Commerce)& external agencies - drive digital campaigns across search, display & social in sync with traditional marketing channels to ensure a 360 degree customer experience

Skills & Experience required

  • Bachelor Degree in business, marketing or equivalent

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing role with FMCG consumer lifestyle B2C brands - coming with regional SEA exposure (travelling 20-25%)
  • Strong communication skills is a must with hands on day to day use of BI dashboard tools, ie Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Bazaarvoice, YouTube, Facebook Business manager overseeing growth, performance, and consumer insights
  • Passionate about B2C - digital marketing tools and passionate about providing new, improved ways of getting in touch with the consumers
  • Ability to carve out new workflows between retail, merchandising, sales teams to bring digital experience into an omnichannel ecosystem
