Despite it being a startup, the organization is comprised of highly experienced stakeholders who has extensive experience working within start up environments. They have huge plans to take their business to the next level and have exciting plans to expand into the region. about the job
This role would play a critical role in the growth of the organization. You will work closely with HR and business leaders to plan hiring needs and build up strong talent pipeline.

Your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand recruitment needs and implement a strategy that is aligned with recruitment timeline.
  • Develop, implement and monitor TA performance metrics such as funnel conversion ratio, time to fill, recruitment costs (agency use) etc
  • Employer branding initiatives - building company's branding with tertiary institutions, creating and implementing tactics to build the brand in the talent marketplace and within the organization.
  • Identify and implement tools and channels to improve effectiveness and efficiency of talent acquision initiatives

about the manager/team
You will be managing a team of TA Professionals

skills and experience required
You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience in Recruitment, with at least 3 years of experience leading multi country teams. You will have experience within the APAC region and it would be ideal if you have experience within the Tech industry. You will have strong analytical skills to pull insights from metrics and have solid understanding of HR practices and regulations. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
