  • Lead the Integrated Network Operation Centre (INOC)
  • Provide day-to-day management of Service Assurance Division
  • Lead the Continuous Improvement (CI) team
  • Drive end-to-end service quality review and operation process improvements.
  • Lead the Business Continuity Management team

skills and experience required

  • Have a solid technical background in both the design/build and operational aspects of telecommunications and IT infrastructure.
  • Capable of understanding the strategic direction of the company and how business drivers and impact technology strategy.
  • Performing vendor analysis including but not limited to RFI, RFP, RFQ and contract negotiations.
  • Practical knowledge of ITIL application processes and implementation
  • Have strong abilities to identify opportunities to adopt innovative processes, technologies and automation.
