Your role will encompass overseeing administrative tasks connected to distributor management. This involves contributing to the creation and upkeeping of databases containing distributor/agent information, as well as handling the necessary documentation for enrolling distributors. Additionally, you will take charge of addressing distributor administration inquiries through research and communication, serving as a bridge between field sales and different departments. Your active involvement will significantly influence the achievements of the Commercial Operations team and contribute significantly to enhancing Customer Satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a database/tracker containing active distributors and oversee the management of ongoing contracts such as DAL and DQA, as well as contracts awaiting renewal.
- Handle the upkeep and organization of all forms related to dealer management. This entails collecting necessary documentation, taking charge of the process, and actively ensuring that agreements are kept up to date.
- Offer support for indirect marketing initiatives, which may involve tasks like communicating with clients, conducting market research, coordinating conference services including booth setup and supplies, as well as assisting with financial planning and short-term projects.
- Provide assistance for professional education (Prof Ed) efforts. This project involves coordinating professional training activities, aiding in the development of training tools and logistics, and managing arrangements for Healthcare Professionals' (HCP) travel and compensation during educational events.
- Regularly compile and present status reports to the management team on a weekly basis.
- Assist field sales representatives, regional leaders, and the Vice President of Indirect Markets. Additionally, carry out any other relevant tasks as assigned.
- Deliver training to sales managers and dealers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the operational processes.
- Take responsibility for creating suitable SOP documents pertaining to roles and responsibilities within the operations and support teams.
- Develop and present materials for regular meetings, training sessions, and support activities associated with the necessary sales procedures.
skills & experience required

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point, Access) and ability to navigate software applications, experience with Oracle, COGNOS, and Salesforce.com preferred
- Flexible, positive and enterprising attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Be a self-starter and ability to work independently
