In this position as a Distribution Operation Executive, you will be part of the compensation team which supports multi business lines & multi distribution channels within the organization. You will be tasked to monitor, validate and process all financing schemes, contest & compensation/commission payments to representatives & supervisors under all distribution channels.

The ideal incumbent is expected to handle e-submission of annual earnings of tied agents to IRAS & adhoc income statement request and participate in system testing of new product launches & distribution channels new initiatives to ensure that compensation computations are correctly implemented.

skills and experience required

2+ years of partnership distribution or distribution operation experience (particularly in distribution compensation)
Candidate with experience working in payroll outsourcing environment may apply
System UAT experience is preferred
Proficient in MS Word, Excel (Macro & Pivot), PowerPoint
