Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be the main person to manage the E Commerce Function.
Defining the E-Commerce strategy and website functionality to drive sales growth, designing and activating brand goals and execution and managing the P&L for E commerce.
- Enhance and set the direction on the online store customer experience, to increase selling and online growth. Negotiating on behalf of the brand to identify opportunities to increase market share for the brand.
- People Lead role - managing a small team, you will get to be responsible for hiring and growing the E Commerce function / business, guiding through the whole employee life
- Liaise with the Regional Management Team and internal stakeholders across marketing, supply chain and finance, to align your strategy and equalise your objectives
- Guide and work with your E-Commerce Team to analyse sales performance and implement actions based on the feedback to achieve growth goals
*Day to day digital & ecommerce champion for all Singapore activations
skills needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field and having worked in the FMCG sector (Ideally with a Brand and E-retailer exposure)
- 5 or more years working E commerce sales experience managing and executing e commerce activities - This is a strategic yet hands on role.
- Solid track record in executing sophisticated digital marketing programs and Tech stacks across different digital channels that drive tangible and measurable business outcomes
- Understanding eCommerce and/or prior brand & portfolio management, communications and media planning & marketing experience
