will be expected to perform administrative tasks and extend secretarial support independently as the CEO’s Executive Assistant; managing a heavy and complex calendar, preparing expense reports, coordinating intensive travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO and the Executive team, as well as compiling and preparing logistics, documents and agendas for meetings. You will need to stay a few steps ahead of the CEO to foresee potential issues and raise them up for discussion, along with potential solutions or appropriate courses of action, and to undertake critical tasks with a hands-on approach, including drafting written correspondence, press releases, business proposals, graphics, corporate communication to external parties, as well as updating the CEO’s biography as and when required.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the CEO and will need to work closely with stakeholders across different time zones, including the Middle East and the United States.
skills and experience required
You should come with at least 6 years of experience in providing C-suite support and be familiar in corporate communications and public relations duties for a listed firm, preferably in an agile and start-up environment. You will need to be confident in your ability to run alongside the team in a busy environment and having great communication and interpersonal skills to engage your stakeholders will contribute to your success in this role. You will need to have a strong ability to follow through on tasks while dealing with deadline pressures, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and managing relationships with stakeholders.
