about the job
You will be responsible to support the CEO in day to day scheduling, email management and communication with global senior stakeholders, ensuring discretion at all times. You will need to be highly proficient in calendar management and effectively manage priorities and conflicts in the CEO’s schedule. Managing the itinerary and agenda for VIP guests visiting Singapore, as well as coordinating key events involving the CEO, will be part of your scope in this role. As you will be sitting in the CEO’s office, you will need to take care of maintenance and functionality of the space, ensuring that it is appropriate to receive guests at all times.
about the manager/team
You will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be working closely with another Executive Assistant for coverage.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and come with at least 5 years of experience in a secretarial role supporting a global head or C-suite executive. You will need to have great time management and prioritisation skills to keep on top of your tasks, and be a team player to build relationships with stakeholders of all levels. The ability to communicate effectively and professionally, along with the ability to stay ahead of the CEO’s schedule, will contribute to your success in this role.
