The company is an award-winning insurance brokerage firm that is headquartered in London with offices worldwide. The Singapore office is financially stable with an expanding business in the region.

about the job

You will provide executive secretarial support to the Regional CEO who was just relocated to Singapore a few months ago. These include scheduling appointments, preparing external/internal correspondence, screening telephone calls and visitors, making business travel arrangements, handling expenses claims, assisting in coordination and organising events, and maintaining/filing documents.

about the manager / team

You will report to the Regional CEO.

skills & experience required

The ideal incumbent must have 10 years of secretarial experience in an insurance or reinsurance company or brokerage firm. The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal capabilities, and good verbal and written communication skills. Qualities of the ideal person include being able to develop a thorough knowledge of the organization quickly, and also being able to work with limited direction from senior professionals and make sound judgements independently. You should also be a strong team-player.
