about the role
Reporting to the Global Early Careers Recruitment Manager, you will be leading a lean team and be responsible to:
- Be the subject matter and spearhead the early careers recruitment strategy
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and application process including advertisement postings, volume monitoring, closure, and shortlisting
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and key areas of focus
- Foster external relationships with target universities, including key faculty members, professors, administration, and student organisations
- Represent the client and lead engagements with senior stakeholders and participants, collaborating with the employer branding team
- Maintain warm relationship with candidates, ensuring constant contact
- Ensuring the compliance to the company's policies and processes governing campus hiring, in line with local laws and regulations
skills and experiences required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least 6 years of relevant working experience in early careers recruitment, with proven ability in leading a team
- Experience in the financial services (banking) industry will be an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of human resources processes and best campus recruitment practices in Singapore
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, driven and resourceful
