- My client expects the Specialist to identify, reach out to, and acquire new sellers from the SEA region and globally, focusing on expanding the platform's product offerings.
- The role involves developing and executing strategic plans to attract sellers and major brands to the platform.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key sellers to ensure a smooth onboarding process is a core responsibility.
Onboarding and Seller Management:
- The Specialist will guide sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring full integration into the platform and understanding of its capabilities.
- Ongoing support for sellers will be provided to help them navigate the platform and maximize their sales potential.
- The role includes conducting training sessions and workshops to educate sellers on the platform's tools, features, and best practices.
Targeting Big Brands:
- My client requires the Specialist to identify and approach major brands that align with the platform’s goals and values.
- Working closely with brand representatives to understand their needs and tailor offerings to fit their business models will be crucial.
- The Specialist will develop and implement strategies to successfully onboard these brands to the platform.
Adoption of E-commerce Products:
- Promoting the adoption of the platform’s suite of products among sellers and brands, highlighting benefits and features that support business growth, will be a key task.
- The role involves monitoring seller engagement and product usage, providing feedback and recommendations for product improvements.
Market Research and Reporting:
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas is expected.

skills and experience required
