about the job
Responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing the Safety & Environmental program for the facility.
Conduct or coordinate In-House Training Program, Safety Promotions or other safety-related activities for Staff.
Perform safety audits and inspection, monitor hazardous waste removal vendors, and may assist in consolidating hazardous wastes.
Monitors environmental compliance and maintains liaison with appropriate regulatory agencies.
Conduct weekly 5S inspections and prepare reports.
Update and manage all Risk Assessment documentation.
skills & experience required
Diploma in Engineering.
Min 2 years’ of Environment, Health and Safety experience
Registered WSH Officer with MOM will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment) will be an added advantage.
