about the job
- Maintain ISO 14001 & SS506 system
- Prepare Master HSE activities
- Coordinate quality problems with QA and Producibility Group
- Support and participate in the EH&S programs
- Comply with EH&S regulations
- Manage EHS auditing/certifications
- Conduct accident prevention training and health and safety training
- Support the Continuous Improvement programs
- Emphasize a total quality management process
- Overseeing the building maintenance, contract, and service management
skills & experience required
- Master / Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Safety, Health & Environmental / Engineering / Building Services / Facilities Management or equivalent
- Min 5 years of experience in flavors & fragrances / chemical / food manufacturing environment
- Experience in chemical handling manufacturing environment can be consider for the role
- Sound knowledge in the concept of Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance initiatives
- Experience with SS506 & ISO 14001 requirements
- WSHO & Fire Safety Manager certified
- Licence for Managed Hazardous Substances will be a plus
- Willing to work in jurong island (Island wide transportation), west side of Singapore (Jurong East / Boon Lay)
