Also ranked as one of the largest listed companies on the Singapore Exchange, this market leader is looking for an experienced Electrical, Instrumentation & Process Automation Manager/Senior Manager to lead the region and be a key player in the team.
what you will be here for
Reporting into the Group Technical Head of E&I, you will:
- Lead and manage the EIPA team of up to 15 regional managers across Europe, China, Malaysia, Africa, Singapore etc.
- Take on the role of setting up and maintaining training (test) benches.
- Optimize and maintain Reactive and Preventive Maintenance (RM and PM) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (Wis).
- Train shift technicians and engineers.
- Manage and maintain year-round PM (Life Cycle Maintenance Plan (LCMP)) plan for critical equipment.
- Manage and Maintain process automation systems.
- Provide Project support when required
what you will need
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering Disciplines
- Subject Matter Expert in Electrical engineering, Instrumentation & Valves, Process Automation, Data Analyst, Asset Management, Project Management, Maintenance & Training.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Ability to determine the effectiveness of training.
- Fluent in (both) written and organizational management skills.
- Must be willing to travel minimum 50-60% of the time
- Must have prior supervisory experience especially in managing regional members
