Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Employee Feedback: Conduct surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather feedback on employee satisfaction and engagement levels. Analyze data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Communication: Develop and manage communication strategies to promote engagement initiatives and keep employees informed and motivated.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to managers and team leaders on engagement best practices and strategies for improving team morale.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives by tracking key performance indicators and making recommendations for improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, leadership, and other departments to ensure alignment of engagement strategies with organizational objectives.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve employee concerns and issues related to engagement, working closely with HR and management to find effective solutions.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful program implementation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
- Proactive, innovative, and empathetic with a passion for improving employee experience and fostering a positive work culture.
