about the company

Our client is a well established cryptocurrency exchange. They are currently operating in the APAC region with headquarters based in Singapore. Due to the ongoing expansion plans, they are looking for a high calibre Regional Head of Marketing to join them.

about the job

You will work with the HR team to create an attractive employer brand strategy and formulate strategies and execution plans for employer brand channels. You also work closely with the TA team on recruitment strategies through social media and video communication channels by using various platforms and resources available to increase employer brand awareness. Working in close partnership with your internal stakeholders in the HR team within APAC, you will build up an employer brand that will attract and appeal to top talents in the market. You will also be effectively widening the recruitment channels and promoting the employer's brand by applying company vision, mission and values into every project and initiatives. Working with the Public Relation, Marketing and Administration team, you will also uphold the cultural values and establish employee value proposition.

about the team

Reporting to the HRD based out of SG in China, you will partner all the other stakeholders in the APAC region to achieve business objectives.

skills and experience required

You will be Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 3 years of relevant, preferably in the Fintech/e-commerce industry verticals. Strong in recruitment will be a definite advantage that will place you a league above others. You will be someone who believes in teamwork, able to work in a fast paced environment and think creatively out of the box. You will also be someone who is versatile in handling people of all demographic backgrounds and corporate levels. Due to business needs, conversing in mandarin is a mandate for this role.
