supporting and advising the HR functions including recruiting, discipline, wages, terminations and etc

managing employment disputes for the region

handling external counsels

conducting internal trainings on legal and regulatory requirements

about the manager/team
Reporting to General Counsel

skills and experience required
Ideal candidates possess at least a Degree in Law. You have at least 3 years of experience as legal employment counsel. Legal counsels from employment agencies or legal associates from private practice are welcomed too.
