• Provide Trading and Executive end user support.
• Provide quality customer service when interacting with all associates.
• Imaging, setup, and deployment of Desktop Computers and PC Peripherals.
• PC software installations and support for Microsoft M365, shrink-wrapped applications, development tools, internal applications, Bloomberg, Reuters, and other market data applications.
• Support, troubleshooting, repair or replacement of PC Hardware, and related peripherals.
• Assist with AV weekly meetings via video conferencing, and screen-sharing content, as needed.
• Troubleshooting and remediation of software related issues via Service Now ticketing system.
• Support and deployment of standard corporate Mobile Devices
• Assist with basic facilities tasks including monitoring of BMS system.
• Act as a first escalation point for linux/python issues and feedback information to 3rd line support.

skills and experience required

• Degree in the field related to computer science, information technology, or management information systems.
• Minimum 5 years of computer hardware and software support experience in an enterprise environment. Hedge Fund experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of Windows 10 / 11 Desktop OS.
• Strong computer skills necessary in Office M365 Suite, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
• Knowledge and support of VMware vSphere, RSA, Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp.
• Basic knowledge and support of AV systems including Crestron, Cisco Codecs and Zoom.
• Experience and knowledge of Windows PowerShell
• Familiarity or understanding of basic Linux and Python
• Excellent people skills with ability to handle difficult situations in a trading environment
