about the job
Responsible for measuring, collecting data, and verifying the performance of a chilled water system.
Provide monthly analysis and trending of chiller consumption data, including load profiles and maximum demand, to identify potential energy and utility wastage.
Develop and implement energy policies and management programmes to improve energy efficiency and utility consumption.
Working closely with the Facilities Manager and Engineers, they will track monthly utility meter readings and analyze any significant increases or decreases.
Support Green Mark certification efforts by assessing and auditing indoor air quality parameters, conducting energy audits, and compiling relevant documentation.
Monthly reporting of energy management and sustainable initiatives.
Explore and recommend technologies to improve energy efficiency and sustainability standards.
skills & experience required
Degree in in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant discipline.
Registered Singapore Certified Energy Manager will be an added advantage.
Understanding of Green Facilities Management, technical skills and knowledge in M&E systems, and energy management will be an added advantage.
