about the company

Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-end automation equipment for Semiconductor industry in Singapore. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive with engineering background to join their dynamic team.


about the job

As the Engineering Customer Service Executive (Order Processing), you will be responsible to:

  • Process quotations and sales orders into the ERP system and follow up till delivery
  • Liaise with customers for sales enquiries and coordinate for shipment & invoices
  • Support in general admin matters and documentation related to Sales and Program
  • Track sales orders and issue order & delivery reports with timely shipping dates


skills and experience required

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

  • Min Diploma in Technical / Engineering qualification or equivalent
  • Min 2 years experience in order management / processing in Engineering industry
  • Candidates with prior experience in the use of ERP system will be a plus
