about the job
- Carry out service, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, installation, warranty repairs on the BAS
- Ensure service reports are completed fully and to a good standard on completion of each service order
- Actively identify and promote new/additional service, parts and products
- Supervise subcontractor working on behalf of client
- Maintain service equipment assigned in good condition
- Ensure the highest standard of safety are always maintained at all job site
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma / Higher NITEC in engineering or equivalent
- Internship / work experience in building automation / management system / equipment servicing related
- Training given to candidate with no experience
- Able to work with short notice or immediately
