With investments in Technology, they are hiring a newly created permanent position of an Enterprise IT Manager (HR Transformation).
about the job
Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, your role involves:
Dashboarding and Analytics:
- Spearhead the development of interactive and user-friendly dashboards utilizing tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel VBA for informed decision-making.
- Implement advanced data analytics techniques, leveraging Python, SQL, and business intelligence platforms, to uncover trends and insights from complex datasets.
Automation:
- Drive automation initiatives across diverse business functions, employing tools such as UiPath or Power Automate etc to streamline processes and boost operational efficiency.
- Lead the implementation of RPA solutions, optimizing workflows and reducing manual intervention in routine tasks for enhanced productivity.
ERP:
... - Develop and maintain a forward-looking strategic roadmap for the ERP systems, collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders to align with business objectives.
- Manage and support the implementation of new ERP modules, upgrades, and enhancements, working closely with IT teams, functional departments, and external vendors.
- Create and manage project plans and budgets for system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource utilization.
- Support the company's digital transformation efforts, identifying and implementing new technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for automation and optimization of business processes.
- Develop and maintain data management strategies to ensure data accuracy, availability, and timely delivery of reports to stakeholders.
skills and experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and supporting ERP systems, particularly Finance and HRMS, in a large organization.
- Expertise in data visualization and dashboard design using tools like Power BI, Tableau.
- Proficiency in automation and process improvement using tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Excel VBA, Alteryx.
- Strong capabilities in data extraction, transformation, and loading using Teradata SQL, Excel Power Query, Python, SAS Enterprise Guide.
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation efforts and identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
