about the role
Your role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, ensuring you'll never have a dull day at work. You will be at the forefront of enforcing critical risk governance processes and compliance monitoring, making a significant impact in line with our Corporate Risk framework/methodology. Your work will involve harmonizing Group policies and standards, driving regional/local adaptation and compliance to close gaps and ensure a streamlined approach. You'll be a key player in the risk evaluation, mitigation, and monitoring process, harnessing cutting-edge data intelligence for advanced-risk-analytics.
Furthermore, you will conduct Control-Self Assessment verification fieldwork, enhancing operational effectiveness and resiliency, and playing a crucial role in our online risk register and centralized BCM portal management. But that's not all - your role goes beyond numbers; you'll foster a culture of risk intelligence and business continuity within our Business Units, giving you the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our stakeholders, partners, and Unions. Additionally, you'll strengthen Business Units' resiliency competency through corporate risk function training programs and exercises.
skills and experience needed
You should ideally possess a university degree, at least 4 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in operational risk management, emergency preparedness planning, BCM, and crisis management will come as a strong advantage for the role. You have strong analytical skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, all within an organized and delivery-focused framework. If you're a relationship builder who can engage effectively across diverse groups and manage multiple stakeholders comfortably.
