about the job

  • Lead and manage a team of motivated and skilled direct and matrix team members that support business processes, operations and outcomes
  • Understand current and target IT architecture and contribute to the transition from current to desired state.
  • As Service Owner accountable for the recording, monitoring and reporting of service management records (IM, Service Requests) by the team.
  • Ensure all initiatives meet the minimum Service Management process requirements and are tailored to regional needs and negotiate, influence and drive Service Management outcomes.
  • Capacity planning by ensuring that cost efficient IT capacity exists and is matched to the current and future agreed needs of business growth strategy



skills and experience required

  • ITIL Foundations certificate or relevant experience
  • Previous experience in a Global Markets Business and Service Management and/or Delivery
  • High Priority Incident (Situation) Management subject matter expertise
  • Previous experience in innovative product platforms/Digital and trading floor IT Operations.
