Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) provides a framework to understand and respond to business uncertainties and opportunities with risk insight delivered through common, integrated risk identification, analysis and management modalities. ERM enhances organisational resilience by aligning existing governance structures and management processes with the firms’ decision making processes. ERM helps to strengthen governance and supports a risk intelligent culture.
