About the job
Reporting directly to the IT Director, your role involves:
- Managing the ERP team. This includes hiring, assigning of work, performance review and etc. Ensuring user incidents are resolved by the team timely
- Leading ERP cloud implementation (mainly Oracle Financials) and upgrade projects across Asia. Ensuring all project activities including implementation plans, analysis, progress report are well documented
- Serving as the key business contact representing IT in designing ERP solutions to improve business outcomes
- Ensuring that ERP solutions will meet business needs effectively and are aligned to the company overall IT strategy
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10 years of experience in ERp / Oracle / SAP. At least 5 years experience in managing a sizable team (At least 10 headcounts).
Proven track record in Cloud ERP implementations will be of added advantage.
