As an ETRM Business Analyst, your job responsibilities involve:
- Collaborating with users from cross functional business teams while leading as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive project execution.
- Working together with vendors and system integrators to actively participate in project tasks, including validating requirements, designing technical solutions, setting up infrastructure, developing software, executing test plans, performing data cleansing, and migrating systems.
- Assisting team members in assessing functional requirements and resolving technical challenges in coordination with solution architects and software designers.
- Assessing change requests and developing solutions to address them effectively.
- Attending to system incidents and managing user static data for trading business operations.
- Troubleshooting system issues, devising alternative solutions, and managing configuration changes.
- Assisting developers to streamline incident management and change requests related to the ETRM system.
- Identifying and documenting system enhancements or bug fixing requests, reporting them to the vendor support team, and monitoring the progress of their fulfillment or bug resolutions.
- Testing and implementing these requests/resolutions in a test environment before deploying them to the live environment.
- Developing strategies to mitigate immediate operational gaps.
Skills and Experiences required
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 4 years of working experience in a Business Analyst or System analyst role specific to managing ETRM/CTRM Projects.
You should also have a strong technical knowledge and hands on experience in system deployment, business processes, change management and configuration of ETRM systems.
