About the company
Our Client is a well-established company within their industry and has a strong global footprint across Asia. With rapid expansion plans, they are currently looking for an EUC Engineer (Office 365/Digitalization specialist) with project management and digitalization experience to join their team. They are looking for someone who’s passionate about emerging technology trends that enable user experience.
About the job
Reporting to the EUC Manager, your responsibility involves:
- Responsible to source and evaluate innovative solutions to improve the workplace technologies and implementation of the solutions proposed
- Responsible for end-user support for software and hardware which includes Office 365 Suite, PC image and OS hardening and end-point management
- Responsible for projects related to Office 365 suite and computer migration and also managing the third party vendors.
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 3 to 5 years experience as an Office 365 specialist with experience in project management and digitalization projects. Prior experience in Office suite support (OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams) is required for the role.
Knowledge in Microsoft Azure AD is an added advantage.
