about the job
You will be Supporting the Regional Event Manager throughout the event planning process; collect venue proposals, vendor contracts and other event related needs (i.e., entertainment, food & beverage, accommodation, transportation, etc.). Manage all aspects of registration website creation, development and activation. Work with internal departments and lead planners for site design and drafting web content. Manage invoice processing and reconcile vendor payments post event. Support the Regional Events Manager with a wide variety of tasks related to regional projects i.e., APR Offsite, Business Offsite, Local Office Events. Assist onsite at events or meetings and facilitate virtual meetings as required.

You will be reporting to the Regional Event Manager (Asia-Pacific Region).
skills and experience required
You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of event planning experience across a broad range of events e.g., conference, seminars, round tables, networking events, volunteer events, virtual broadcasts and webinars. Previous event experience from a 5‐star hospitality industry or professional/financial services sector will be advantageous. You should have great communication skills to interact efficiently with your external stakeholders and excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks for different clients effectively.
