    About the client

    I am representing one of the largest conference and webinars providers with offices in Singapore, London, Canada and the US. With more than 20 years of history and the ability to constantly evolve their business model , they have exceeded their profitability exponentially in the last few years. Hence as part of their expansion, they are seeking an Events Marketing Specialist to join their team to oversee B2B Marketing Activities and events management.

    About the role

    Reporting to the Head of Events Marketing , your responsibilities will includes

    • To work with reporting manager to strategize on managing the relationships with existing partners such as influencers, speakers, event sponsors etc
    • To coordinate and implement marketing activities such as social media posts, blogging activity, adverts, emails, banners and event listings.
    • Identifying potential opportunities by research and email outreach to share company offerings and unique selling points
    • To manage social media channels focusing mainly on LinkedIn; including design, copywriting and network building.
    • Analysing results from the various promotion channels and making recommendations to achieve better ROI for the company.
    • Identifying opportunities for new methodologies and processes for increased efficiency.

    Skills and experience required

    • Min 2 years of B2B Marketing experience with exposure in the events or mice industry
    • Agile and is able to manage multiple projects within stipulated deadlines
    • Strong stakeholder management internally and externally
