    Develop a broking desk to help grow business
    Provide execution services for the existing client base
    Develop and maintain the latest knowledge of the products and markets
    Understand the business strategy and improve the operation model
    Trade reconciliation, trade booking, trade execution(options,futures, arbitrage)
    Execute and on-board OTC & listed customers
    Report all loss events, escalate risk events, and log them within 24 hours
