Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to Administration, Corporate Secretary Service as well as HR. You will be providing administrative support for all aspects of office management in the Singapore office, including upkeep and maintenance of the facilities and its supplies and maintain relationships with vendors. Responsible for simple reception tasks, attending visitors, handling business correspondence such as mail, courier, email inquiry, phone calls, etc. Prepare the training/ meeting room for meeting and conference. Coordinate business events and meetings including AGM, EGM, field trip, D&D and others. Responsible for travel arrangement logistics, flight, accommodation, visa application and transportation. As of secretarial duties, you will be managing and supervising the work of the external corporate secretarial, legal advisor and share registry team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide secretarial support to both listed and SPV entities, including the drafting and review of board resolutions and minutes, as well as updating and maintenance of statutory documents, databases, and corporate information. Assist with the preparation and revision of data for a variety of public reports, including the shareholders' letter, circular, annual, interim, and ESG reports. You should possess tertiary education and a minimum 2 years of Administration experience. This role is well-suited for somebody who likes to challenge themselves, picking up more professional skill sets, with great communication and interpersonal skills and most importantly have the ability to work independently. HR experience is a bonus but not a must to apply for this role!
