about the company

The company is a an Australian MNC and one of the most well-established and stable insurance MNCs globally. The Singapore office has a conducive and pleasant working environment wthin a centralised working location at Raffles Place.

about the job

You will be responsible to manage the calendar and appointments of a very senior chief within the regional office located in Singapore. Part of your duties will be to assist the chief in business travel arrangements as well as business expenses claims.

about the manager / team

You will be reporting to the Regional Chief, who will be relocating to Australia by end of 2019. However, there may be a chance for conversion to permanent headcount depending on the business needs by then.

skills & experience required

You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. You must also come with minimum 7 years of working experience in an excutive secretarial function, ideally also within an insurance MNC or financial institution. This job will be well-suited for an incumbent who likes being hands-on and work in a fast-paced manner.
