You will be employed as Executive Assistant to the CEO and GM, to assist the CEO and GM in achieving organization's core business objectives
Here are some key aspects of your day-to-day functions. You will be overseeing and supporting all administrative duties in the office, including but not limited to monitoring all email communications among and across all departments to ensure our teams are in compliance with swift responsiveness.
Ensure that the office is operating smoothly and resolving issues including but not limited to attending to daily office operations and staff affairs. Identify areas to make suggestions to improve office policies and procedures and implement accordingly, where appropriate. Assist the CEO and GM to communicate with staff in implementing new program management and initiatives. Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to CEO and GM on managing calendar priorities based on customer meetings, internal and external meetings, current projects, team needs, monthly/quarterly business reviews and kick-offs. Schedule, attending and preparation of agenda and minutes of meeting. Prepare and coordinate all presentation materials, reports and documents required by the CEO and GM. Maintaining all inbound communication (examples: Email, phone, message, etc.) to the CEO and GM.
skills & requirements for the job
You need to be minimally Diploma in Business management or equivalent, at least 5 years of experience in business administration functions and secretarial support functions. You need to have good knowledge on Microsoft office/ Excel functions, and you should have great communication skill and stakeholder management skill, able to work independently in a face-paced environment
