As the Executive Assistant, your primary objective will be to provide dedicated support to the Director of Global Operations, ensuring the efficient operation of their office. Based in Singapore, you will play a vital role in the smooth functioning of the Director's office by maximizing efficiency and handling various administrative tasks. You will manage the Director's diary, schedule, and travel logistics, ensuring they can focus on their strategic responsibilities. Additionally, you will organize and manage meeting minutes and notes for cross-functional team meetings and specific departmental meetings to facilitate seamless execution of business objectives.
Your role will extend to support on key research projects and company events, contributing directly to the company's healthcare-focused mission. As part of the administrative team, you will provide company-wide administrative support and assist with corporate and legal projects for the Director of Global Operations. Your understanding of the company's activities and mission will be crucial in fulfilling these responsibilities effectively.

In this role, you will report directly to the Global Operations Director in Singapore, with a secondary reporting into the HR Manager based in Australia.
skills and experience required
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience rendering administrative and secretarial support to stakeholders at a senior level. Understanding the requirements of an Assistant on a global level will be essential in this international setting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with cultural sensitivity, will enable effective interactions with diverse stakeholders. Your proven administrative experience in research, preparing meetings, and taking minutes will be valuable assets.
Excellent time management and IT skills, along with problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle complex enquiries, are prerequisites for success in this role. You should possess commercial acumen and think strategically to support the Director in their responsibilities effectively.
