My client is an industry-leading MNC consulting firm and has more than 9 offices across America and Europe. They are currently looking for an executive assistant cum office manager to join their newly set up office in Singapore located in CBD. about the job

In this newly created role, your core focus will be to provide administrative and secretarial support to 2 to 3 Director/Partner-level Executives and the team. In addition, you will be expected to perform the full scope of office management for the team in Singapore.

Your job responsibility includes calendar management and any travel arrangements for domestic and international business travel for the Directors/Partners whenever required. You will be required to attend to visitors, answering calls for the office, and receiving and sending courier packages. The duties also include upkeep and maintenance of the office and its supplies, as well as preparation and coordination for meetings, training and company events. In this role, HR administrative functions, such as recruitment, on-boarding of new hires and organising campus outreach activities, will also form part of your scope with the company.

about the manager/team

You will be reporting to the CEO of the office in Singapore. While this office is rather newly set up in Singapore, consisting of 6 headcounts at the moment, they are looking to expand and grow their team in the near future.

skills and experience required

The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and come with at least 3 years of administrative experience, preferably familiar with a MNC setting. To succeed in this role, you should be equipped with great interpersonal skills and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
