about the company

The company is a leading investment firm, headquartered in the US with global offices and a strong financial standing. The Singapore office is small in size.

about the job

You will provide secretarial and administrative support to a small team of 4. Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, book meeting rooms and schedule meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties as well as schedule travel arrangements and prepare itineraries, and assist with the issuing of visa’s where necessary. You will also need to attend meetings to remain informed and provide optimum assistance and manage follow up, review, prepare and manage employee expense reports. This role offers career progression because you will gradually be trained and tasked with either operations or project management.

about the team

You will report to and support mainly the Head of Tax department, and assist 3 others in the fund accounting team.

skills and experience required

To succeed, you should be tertiary-educated with a minimum 3 years of relevant secretarial experience supporting senior/middle management within a fast-paced corporate environment. You must also have outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and good follow-up and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. The incumbent should possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
