In this role you will provide full secretarial support including handling all calendar management, scheduling of their meetings and appointments, business travel requests and bookings. The team does not travel often but they organise a lot of events, hence you need to work extremely well with vendors to help to coordinate events such as off-sites, internal and external trainings. You will also cover the Project Manager in his/her absence.

This role reports to the Head of the team who is at Director level. You would be supporting this Director, plus the Business Manager.
skills & requirements for the role
To succeed in this role you should possess a minimum 5 years of executive secretarial experience in a fast-paced MNC, with strong communication skills and the ability to interact with senior management and external parties independently. The ideal incumbent must be competent in Microsoft Office suites of productivity applications especially powerpoint and excel and other customer relationship management tools. This role is well-suited for somebody with solid events management experience.
