My client is an established executive-education institution with global footprints, who is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to support leaders in the senior management team. Their office is located in the West of Singapore and they offer hybrid work arrangements for employees.
about the job
In this role, you will be required to provide secretarial and administrative support to 2-3 senior leaders by managing their calendars, scheduling meetings with clients, organising travel arrangements and processing expense claims and reports. You will be involved in the end-to-end support for business development activities, such as helping to organise BD events, collating powerpoint decks for presentation with clients, preparing contracts using existing templates and assisting to vet through revenue reports. There will also be some office administrative duties under your care, such as managing office access and setting up of laptops for new hires.
about the manager/team
You will report to the Director of Operations and will work closely with the Sales/BD team.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and have at least 3 years of experience in a secretarial role, preferably with experience in supporting top management and a sales/BD team. Prior experience in using Salesforce will work to your advantage. You must be comfortable working with IT systems and be able to adapt quickly to changing situations. To excel in the role, you should have great interpersonal skills and an excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities on hand. The ability to be discerning and tactful to your clients and internal stakeholders would also contribute to your success in the role.
