about the company
My client is an established home grown company, focusing in the IT and Fintech space. Now, they have started a new venture and started a family office set up. My client is looking for an energetic Executive Assistant to overlook the operations, support the management level and play a part in the growing phase.

about the job
As the Executive Assistant, you will be in charge of supporting the management level with facilitating meetings, preparing meeting agendas, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics. You will be working closely with the management on facilitating documents and other correspondences. You will play a part in getting the day to day running such as liaising with vendors for office supplies and equipment, coordinating office lease agreements and other office management matters.

Ad hoc responsibilities will be assigned as required.
skills and experience required
You must come with at least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from a similar family office set up or from the financial services industry. You should come with at least a Diploma. The ideal candidate should be bubbly, personable and highly organized. You must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
