This privately owned luxury island resort in Indonesia provides guests with fuss free beach holidays and untouched beauty of the island. They are seeking a fun loving and dynamic Executive Assistant & Guest Relations Officer to join the corporate office based in the sunny island of Singapore.

about the job

You will be reporting into the Chief Operating Officer who is based in Singapore and would be providing end to end secretarial and admin support as follow:

60% Secretarial Support to the COO

30% Guest Relations

10% Office Administration

  • Complex travel arrangements and logistics arrangements
  • Calendar management and meetings scheduling
  • Preparation of business proposals, PowerPoint decks and meeting minutes
  • Translation of business documents
  • Guest services and queries including reservations advisory and bookings
  • Business travelling is required (10%)
  • Other administration support as required

The work culture is flexible and casual; you would work independently and resourcefully to get things done with minimum supervision. You go above and beyond your operational duty to ensure smooth workflow and customer experiences internally and externally.

skills & experience required

This role requires you to come 3 years of secretarial experiences within the hospitality industry, ideally a luxury resort. You would speak excellent English language and comes with strong commercial acumen. In return, this role offers salary up to S$4000 with performance bonuses depending on seniority and experiences.
