This leading international school in Singapore with a diverse community of more than 70 nationalities working together to provide lifelong learning to students seeks a like-minded individual to join them as an Executive Assistant within the general office.

about the job

As an Executive Assistant and the ambassador of the general office, you wear various hats to ensure that seamless support is given to the team on the daily operations whilst providing quality service level to the students and parents of the school.

Secretarial support to department head – Calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses and reporting, department liaison and administration including facility management, vendor management, and other liaison work within the school.

Customer service – You will be the front facing officer who warms the heart of the students and parents. You are empathetic and professional when handling queries and complains, think with a service oriented mindset in order to coordinate or solve a problem in a highly professional manner.

To perform in this role, you are required to be a confident, articulate and personable individual who could work independently and with passion to serve.

skills & experience required

This role requires you to come with a diploma /degree qualification and 5 years of office management and secretarial experiences from MNCs. In return, this role offers salary up to S$6000 per month with excellent benefits.
