My client is an extremely well-established global investment firm with solid financial standing. They are a very fast-paced business who still takes great care of their employees and people.

about the job
As an EA in the organization, you will be providing executive support to a Managing Director and the private equity team. You will manage extensive calendars, organize travel arrangements and arrange for accommodation. You are required to prepare deliverables, arrange and facilitate meetings. Other general admin support should be provided for instance, photocopying, file management, data collection and data entry. Ad hoc tasks will be assigned as required.

about the manager/team
You will work report in the APAC Admin Manager but work closely with the MD of Private Equity for secretarial support.

skills and experience required

You should come with at least 8 years of executive assistant experience supporting senior management ideally in another private equity firm, otherwise in asset management, investment or banking. The ideal candidate should be switched on, agile, flexible and possess a 'can-do' attitude. You should be a problem solver, and have strong situational awareness. You must have good interpersonal skills and have strong people management skills.
