about the company
My client is a US-based renowned and top-tier investment firm with strong financial standing and solid growth plans. This role is a newly-created permanent headcount as a result of good expansion of it's Singapore office.


about the job

You will be responsible for intensive calendar management and scheduling. There will also be a high volume of business travel arrangements and expenses claims once the global restrictions on business travels gradually ease.

about the manager / team

This role reports into the Office Manager, and you will be providing secretarial support to 3 investment professionals.


skills and experience required
You should be tertiary-educated with at least 5 years of experience in executive secretarial support in banking or financial services.The ideal candidate should be articulate and has good communication skills to be able to handle internal and external stakeholders. You should be an executor who has a ‘can-do’ attitude. Good people management skill is a necessity. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment where good judgement and quick decision making are vital.
