about the job

You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the COO and 2 other Heads. These include scheduling appointments, preparing external/internal correspondence, screening telephone calls and visitors, making travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and receptions, preparing presentation materials, and maintaining/filing documents. In addition, you will coordinate and produce sensitive reports and analyses (e.g., budgets), database maintenance, as well as managing expense claims. You will also help to cover the Receptionist during lunch break only once a week.

You will report to the COO.

skills & experience required

The ideal incumbent must have minimum 5 years of team secretarial experience. The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal capabilities, and good verbal and written communication skills. As the candidate will be supporting a team of senior professionals, qualities of the ideal person include being able to develop a thorough knowledge of the organization quickly, and also being able to work with limited direction from senior professionals and make sound judgements independently. The successful candidate is also expected to have had experience working in a bank or financial institution.
