Are you detailed oriented, highly organised and has flair in writing? Here is an exciting opportunity for you to join one of the leading player within the professional series space as an Executive Assistant to the regional Business Development and Marketing team.

about the job

This role reports into the Regional Head of Business Development and Client Relations and two other senior regional stakeholders on the end to end secretarial support and project management.

Your responsibilities include:

Executive support (60%) – Being a highly dependable Executive Assistant to provide high level administration support including complex calendaring and travel arrangements, setting up conferences across global timezones, draft, format and proof reading email correspondences and internal or client facing materials, managing team budget, handling expenses claims, preparation of meeting materials.

Regional events management (40%) – You will be the go to person within the region for projets that your superiors are managing, including holding on to the regional budget and spending, providing supporting in the planning and execution of regional meetings, conferences and team events. You will be taking a proactive approach to stay abreast on the industry updates and be a strong communicator in the region to ensure that communication sessions and platform is provided for the counterparts to be working seamlessly together across offices.

To be successful in this role, you are someone who is confident, eager to learn, and a definite team player! You would enjoy working in an extremely fast paced and dynamic environment, and a multi-tasker who is able to juggle various tasks at one point.

skills & experience required

This role requires you to come with Degree qualifications with 5 years of secretarial and/or internal communications/marketing/business development experiences within a commercial environment. You will be a confident communicator with strong written and spoken language ability and portrays an open, agile and flexible learning style. In return, this role offers salary up to S$6000 per month with performance bonuses and excellent benefits.
