The company is an American-based investment firm with asset under management of US$9 billion. As a result of global growth, they have just opened the Singapore office.

about the job

This position is responsible for secretarial support for the Singapore office which is in a start-up phase now with gradial expansion plans. The core tasks include calendar management across multiple time zones, coordinating meetings, business travels planning, and expenses claims. In addition, this role will assist the team in minor office administrative support as well as planning and organising internal events.

about the manager / team

This role will report to the head of the Singapore office while supporting 3 other investment professionals.

skills & experience required

The ideal incumbent should be tertiary-educated and possess minimum 5 years of executive secretarial experience in a corporate MNC environment. You must possess solid communication skills both written and verbal, with a strong eye for details and is meticulous. You will also need to come with excellent work attitude and be a great team player.
