They are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to their Group CEO. In this role, you will work directly with the CEO, managing their schedule, drafting and reviewing communications on their behalf, and organizing meetings. You will also be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and maintaining various records and documents.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate for this position is a degree holder with minimally 5 years of experience and a strong track record of success in a supporting C-level stakeholders in a fast paced and dynamic environment. In the position of an Executive Assistant, you should display excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time-management and organizational abilities, and the ability to pay close attention to detail. Additionally, you should possess excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to establish effective working relationship with stakeholders of varying levels within the organisation and strong interpersonal skills are also essential to succeed in this position.
